The discerning guitar players here at the shop have always dug Ernie Ball Music Man guitars for their commitment to innovation, premium materials, and just flat-out badass-sounding and playing instruments. As we also became dealers for Sterling, their more budget-conscious line for their fantastic guitars, we instantly became enamored with them as well for being able to offer EBMM features at an awesome price point. This Sabre in a sweet Deep Blue Burst is no different - it has features we all love including an amazing-feeling roasted maple neck that EBMM has become known for, locking tuners, a really well-designed tremolo, and Fishman Alnico active pickups that fall somewhere between vintage PAF and modern hard edge. One thing we really dig is the combination of the comfortable neck profile and the wider 43mm nut, which adds far more comfortable string spacing to EBMM's familiar platform.

For a guitar that combines the best of the two most iconic styles of vintage guitars - the set neck, double-humbucker variety and the bolt-on, 25.5" variety - at a great price point with modern features, it'd definitely be a great idea to check this one out.
