Any credit or personal information you supply to make a purchase, you warrant it to be true and complete. All charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company. You agree to pay any applicable taxes and all charges incurred by you at the agreed price of your purchase.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Purchases made using Apple Pay or Google Pay are ineligible for partial refunds. Please contact our customer support team [make ‘customer support team’ a link to the contact page] if you wish to return part of an order that was purchased using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Shipping & Delivery
Pitbull Audio is committed to getting your new gear to you fast. Your order will be shipped within one business day. Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as business days. If you placed your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. However, we do aim to get your order out quickly, and lots of orders do go out the same day.
We proudly use FedEx and USPS as our carriers. If you provided a valid email address, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us, and you can start tracking your package! Please understand that tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active. If you click on the tracking and it says invalid, please give it a little time!
We offer FREE* shipping for ALL purchases over $20 before taxes within the 48 contiguous states. Upgrade options are available such as Priority or Next Day Air. International shipping fees are calculated upon checkout.
We only offer free shipping to the lower 48 contiguous states. AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Protectorates (PR, VI and American Samoa) addresses will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote. These shipments will only be shipped via Priority Mail. There are some instances that free shipping will be offered if they are smaller and lighter items.
If you select free ground shipping, a valid residential address must be provided. If you provided a PO box, we will contact you to provide a street address. This will cause delays for your shipment, so please make sure to update your address properly.
If you provided an incorrect or outdated address, via checkout or Paypal, we will do our best to honor your request to change it. Since we ship out your orders extremely fast, once it leaves our facility, there is no way to change that. Additional shipping charges will apply for a recall for your package. If the package returns to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply to reship your order.
We only ship internationally the products that are allowed to be shipped outside of the USA. Many manufacturers prohibit sales outside of the USA and we adhere to those set rules. All international orders are subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, VAT, etc. These charges are NOT a part of shipping charges and are collected by your local customs agencies. Please learn about these charges before placing an order. Refusal to pay these charges results in undeliverable and return to sender packages, and we do not refund shipping charges in these instances. If any charges incur in the return process, those charges may be subtracted from your refund.
If your order hasn’t arrived in a normal time frame, it is most likely held at your local customs office. You should have been contacted by them to pay duties/import tax. You will need to pick up the package in person.

Any orders you make online, eBay, or Amazon are available for in-person pick up at our San Diego location. Please call us with your order number to arrange to pick up.

Returns & Replacements
Pitbull Audio is committed to delivering the best experience for our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an exchange or store credit within 30 days from the ship date. Shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged when it arrived.
In the unlikely event that you received a defective product, a wrong product, or a damaged product, Pitbull Audio will replace it at no charge of any additional shipping cost. We will send you a prepaid label to return the item, and ship you a replacement. You will not incur any shipping charges. Please notify us of any damaged, defective, or Mis-shipped products within 14 days.
After 30 days, you may request a manufacturer warranty if your item malfunctions. Pitbull Audio is an authorized dealer for all the brands we represent.
How to request a return:
Please email us or call us to obtain an RMA number. Instructions will be discussed with our friendly customer service representatives. All returns must be in a re-sellable condition and include all packing materials, accessories, and paperwork.
We may apply a restocking fee if the returned products fall into these following categories:
- Missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or any contents that was included
- The original box was written on, damaged, or taped with duck tape
- RMA number was not associated with the return
- Items not in original like-new condition

- Items that fall into the in mouth and in ear use category, such as mouthpieces, earphones, earplugs, harmonicas, cannot be returned due to health regulations
- DropShip and Special Order items are non-refundable and not returnable to Pitbull Audio.
- If the item is defective or damaged, Pitbull Audio will work with you to arrange a replacement through the manufacturer.
- If a DropShip or Special-Order shipment is undeliverable or the delivery is refused by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for all related shipping fees.
Holiday Shipping Delays:
These policies help us to be able to offer the best prices to our customers. Abuse to the return policy leads to increase in operating costs and makes it hard for us to offer the best prices, free shipping, reward programs, and giveaways.
We appreciate your patience as we all navigate this never before seen holiday experience.
Due to a huge spike of e-commerce shopping this year affected by COVID-19, all major carriers are suffering from hitting maximum capacity. Pitbull Audio has no control of the situation as there are not enough drivers, vehicles, facility capacity to handle parcels by USPS, FedEx, UPS and all other carriers. The usual delivery time that you've come to expect is no longer realistic. Experts have urged consumers to start holiday shopping early and packages are expected to be delayed.
Pitbull Audio strives to ship your order the same day or next day, but delivery time after the packages are picked up by the carrier is no longer something we can control. Due to this well documented logistic crisis, Pitbull Audio will not be responsible for any carrier delays.
We will accept returns requested due to carrier delays, but they will be returned at the buyer's expense. Our normal return policy applies. if your order was shipped for free, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any cost of refusal of receiving the packages, rerouting, return to sender will be deducted from your refund.
