Any credit or personal information you supply to make a purchase, you warrant it to be true and complete. All charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company. You agree to pay any applicable taxes and all charges incurred by you at the agreed price of your purchase.
Pitbull Audio is committed to getting your new gear to you fast. Your order will be shipped within one business day. Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as business days. If you placed your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. However, we do aim to get your order out quickly, and lots of orders do go out the same day.
We proudly use FedEx and USPS as our carriers. If you provided a valid email address, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us, and you can start tracking your package! Please understand that tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active. If you click on the tracking and it says invalid, please give it a little time!
We only offer free shipping to the lower 48 contiguous states. AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Protectorates (PR, VI and American Samoa) addresses will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote. These shipments will only be shipped via Priority Mail. There are some instances that free shipping will be offered if they are smaller and lighter items.
If you select free ground shipping, a valid residential address must be provided. If you provided a PO box, we will contact you to provide a street address. This will cause delays for your shipment, so please make sure to update your address properly.
If you provided an incorrect or outdated address, via checkout or Paypal, we will do our best to honor your request to change it. Since we ship out your orders extremely fast, once it leaves our facility, there is no way to change that. Additional shipping charges will apply for a recall for your package. If the package returns to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply to reship your order.
We only ship internationally the products that are allowed to be shipped outside of the USA. Many manufacturers prohibit sales outside of the USA and we adhere to those set rules. All international orders are subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, VAT, etc. These charges are NOT a part of shipping charges, and are collected by your local customs agencies. Please learn about these charges before placing an order. Refusal to pay these charges results in undeliverable and return to sender packages, and we do not refund shipping charges in these instances. If any charges incur in the return process, those charges may be subtracted from your refund.
If you order hasn’t arrived in a normal time frame, it is most likely held at your local customs office. You should have been contacted by them to pay duties/import tax. You will need to pick up the package in person.
We have heavily discounted FedEx rates for next day or 2nd day delivery. Please call us for a quote!
Any orders you make online, ebay or Amazon are available for in person pick up at our San Diego location. Please call us with your order number to arrange pick up.
Pitbull Audio is committed to deliver the best experience for our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an exchange or a store credit within 30 days from the ship date. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if your order qualified for “Free Shipping”.
In the unlikely event that you received a defective product, a wrong product, or damaged product, Pitbull Audio will replace it at no charge of any additional shipping cost. We will send you a prepaid label to return the item, and ship you a replacement. You will not incur any shipping charges. Please notify us of any of damaged, defective or misshipped products within 14 days.
After 30 days, you may request manufacturer warranty if your item malfunctions. Pitbull Audio is an authorized dealer for all the brands we represent.
