While we do our best to ensure every purchase you make is exactly what you need, occasional problems do happen. When they do, we have your back, no matter what. If there is a problem with your order, contact us right away and we will get it solved for you.

Received a defective product?

If you receive a product that you think is defective, please contact us right away so we can provide technical assistance or issue a return authorization and instructions. Returned units will be evaluated by our expert staff, and if confirmed defective, no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Hassle-Free Returns

Sounded better in the video? Don’t like the way the neck feels? Don’t care for hammer-action after all? We get it. If you’re not satisfied with your new gear, we don’t want you to be stuck with it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you get it exchanged or returned for a refund of the purchase price or store credit. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Need to start a return?

Sorry your purchase isn’t working for you. To start a return, please contact us and request an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number. Please follow the below guidelines to avoid any undue delays and/or any restocking fees or adjustments. Pitbull Audio reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price if the below guidelines are not met.

  • Please write the RMA number on the shipping label.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in, in the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories and other contents included in the original order.
  • If your order was double-boxed on arrival, it must be double-boxed when returned.
  • Please avoid using duct tape or other tape that can leave a residue on the product box.
  • If you would like to purchase a discounted shipping label from us to return your order, please contact us.
  • If you’d prefer to buy your own return shipping label, please use a trackable shipping method, and we highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance as well. We want you to be covered if anything goes wrong!
  • Remember, if your order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items shipped directly to you from the manufacturer (dropship items) are required to be returned to the manufacturer. If you wish to return a dropship item, please contact us and we will arrange your return with the manufacturer.
