Are there warranties on my purchase?

All items are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. Each manufacturer differ on their terms and conditions. Please note that warranties or support might not be offered outside of the USA. B Stock or refurbished items generally have a shorter warranty period, for example, 90 days. Please see item description or contact us.

Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?

Yes. Please select the USPS Priority Mail shipping method during check out..

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?

Yes. There will be a surcharge for some items.

How do I ship back my Return/Exchange?

For defective items, we will send you a prepaid return label for your convenience! We will select the best way for that specific item (UPS or USPS). All you have to do is slap on the label and drop it off. For other RMA's, we will either send you the prepaid return label, or you will select any carrier of your choice (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc). We recommend using a service with tracking. You do not need to purchase any extra service offered to you, such as registered, express, signature confirmation. Any extra service will be at your own expenses.

How much is shipping?

ALL purchase within the 48 contiguous states are shipped absolutely FREE. Upgrade options are available such as Priority or Next Day Air. International shipping fees are calculated upon checkout.

I see a lower price somewhere else, can you beat it?

We are proud to offer the best prices and the best service. If you see a lower price from an authorized and reputable company, please give us a call and we will match or beat it!

What carrier do you use to ship?

We ship with USPS and UPS. Express, One Day Air, and other options are available upon requests.

What if I receive an item that's defective?

This is very unlikely to happen, since all of our products are direct from the manufacturer and brand new. In the event of a defective item, please contact us to request an RMA for exchange or replacement within 14 days. After the 14 day period, please contact the manufacturer to have the product serviced under warranty. After receiving confirmation of return, we will ship you a replacement right away!

What if I want to return an item for a refund?

We want to provide a great worry-free shopping experience for our customers, so we do offer a return policy. If it is within 30 days of the item being delivered, please contact us to request an RMA for refund. We do charge a standard 15% restocking fee (EXCLUDING defective, damaged, and DOA items). We do NOT charge a restocking fee if you choose to exchange or apply the purchase price into another purchase. Defective/DOA items can be exchanged for a new working unit, or a full refund. We do NOT accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for any books, and/or any OPENED software or CD/DVDs, mouthpieces, and harmonicas.

What is the policy for international shipping?

We ship USPS or UPS. For USPS first class international, it will NOT have tracking capabilities. This method is extremely affordable, but please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your item. This time heavily depends on your country and it's customs procedures. In general, you should receive your first class package in about 2-3 weeks. Most priority mail has tracking capabilities, with the exception of Priority Flat Rate Envelopes. Please allow 7-11 business days for Priority mail delivery. Express mail comes with tracking and only takes 3-5 business days in most cases, we highly recommend this service.

All customs charges, VAT, duties are the buyer's responsibilities. We do not collect these payments, your local customs agency collects them. Please check your local customs to learn about the policies and charges. Insurance is available for purchase, please contact us if you want to add that to your purchase.

When will you ship my order?

We ship out your order within one business day. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately and offer you options and arrangements. Please note that once you receive tracking information, it might not reflect activity up to 24-48 hours.

Why can't I earn points on this product?

Some new products maybe restricted from the rewards program for various reasons. Please contact us if in doubt as to whether a products should be earning points or not.

Also some brands restrict the use of such promotions.
