D'Angelico has gained popularity with the contemporary guitarists of today for their ornate and full-featured instruments that bring antique guitar design aesthetic into the 21st century functionally, and rightfully so. Known for their stunning semi-hollow and hollowbody guitars, this Deluxe Brighton in a classy Desert Gold finish shows that they're on top of their solidbody game as well!

Similar to the Atlantic, keen-eyed guitarists can take a good guess on what the Brighton is inspired by - the classic double-cutaway, Tune-o-Matic equipped humbucker guitar that rose to legend status in the 1960s. But D'Angelico has kicked things up a notch and taken the format to the next level. A resonant selection of tonewoods, including an alder body, give the guitar an acoustic voice with amazing clarity, and the slim neck just feels awesome to play while still have a good amount of heft to grab onto. The body contours and deep cutaways provide a very ergonomically friendly playing experience and awesome upper fret access.

The guitar's electric voice is provided by a pair of USA-made Seymour Duncan Seth Lover A4 pickups, wound exclusively for D'Angelico. The stock Seth Lovers, which have Alnico II magnets, are already amazing as is and the favorite of many, but the new Alnico IV magnets give the pickup extra clarity, depth and top-end chime that we really love. They have a distinct "woody" feel that you can really hear when you strum a chord. They cop all the vintage humbucker tones you could ever want, both clean and with overdrive - warm and clear in the neck position, quacky, spanky and vocal-like in the middle position, and bitey and punchy in the bridge.

Combine that with other awesome appointments like ebony knobs, beautiful split block inlays, Grover tuners and a TUSQ nut, this D'Angelico is a new-age solidbody with vintage looks - at such an awesome price point, too!

The Deluxe Brighton is a curvy double-cutaway offering warm, sweet tones and ultimate performance comfort. Featuring deep cutaways that provide easy access to the entire fingerboard, a slim neck shape, and lightweight body design, the Brighton prioritizes playability in every sense. Seymour Duncan Seth Lover A4's paired with a swamp ash or alder body offer lush tone and endless sustain, while an ebony fingerboard with Jescar fretwire on a natural satin neck makes for premium feel.
