We're stoked to welcome Fibenare Guitars to our family of high-end and boutique guitar builders on hand! Fibenare was founded by a family of skilled luthiers from Kecskemét, Hungary. In 1990, the Benedek brothers faced the difficulty of acquiring quality guitars that Hungary was experiencing at the time. As a result, they were encouraged by their father to take up building their own, and the rest is history. Every component designed and produced in-house, these guitars are seriously incredible and are right up there with anything coming out of American custom shops.

Check out this stunning Erotic Dalmat, their take on the boutique, streamlined, and sleek double-humbucker guitar that has gained popularity in the last 20-30 years. The shape of the body is just gorgeous - it's somewhat reminiscent of the custom instruments that Prince played. The Poplar Burl top is just stunning - the figuring is both symmetrical and complex, and when enhanced with the beautiful Blue Tortoise finish, becomes something unlike anything you've ever seen. Along with the exotic ovangkol neck for the neck wood and the beautiful ebony fretboard, this guitar is truly a looker. 

This beautiful instrument isn't all looks, though - it plays and sounds fantastic as well. The neck profile is both familiar and a sheer joy to play on, and the fretwork is impeccable, as you'd expect from a handmade boutique builder of this caliber. The custom-designed Fibenare wraparound bridge is both beautifully minimalist and functional - the tuning stability and intonation are just excellent.

Pickup-wise, we have a set of Fibenare ALV63 humbuckers, individually calibrated for the neck and bridge. These pickups sound incredible. They have just the right level of output while maintaining a good amount of vintage clarity and top-end for the best blend of old and new. The rotary switch gives you options to put both humbuckers in full series, parallel, or even coil-split them - the combination of simplicity and versatility is simply insane! I'm not sure I've ever seen a guitar that gives that amount of options to both pickups with a single control.

This guitar is simply a showstopper and definitely needs to be tried to be believed.
