We're proud to offer this gorgeous Mayones Regius Core 7 B27" baritone axe from our master luthier friends in Poland, Mayones Guitars! Like all Regius models, this axe features a Neck-Through construction and provides an excellent balance between classic design and modern tone. This one features some awesome custom specs, including a custom Red to Black Horizon finish over a stunning 3A flame maple top and an 11-ply EXOTIC I neck.

The Regius line provides an excellent balance between classic design and modern playability. While this guitar is clearly still geared towards metal and "djent" players, the body shape is softer than other Mayones styles and evokes a certain retro vibe for an overall more understated look. While this guitar is still going to be a contemporary head-turner - I mean, just look at it! It's gorgeous! - the angles on the body, the beautifully-executed binding, and the arched top will feel more familiar to players accustomed to more traditional axes of old.

The neck on this 7-string is super comfortable and will require little-to-no adjustment if you're a 6-string slinger. The extended 27" scale length lets you easily downtune to an B without worrying about string wobble or ugly fret-slapping. Even if it's your first baritone or your first extended range guitar, the adjustment period is really minimal. Of course, the excellent design is propelled even further by the excellent craftsmanship. 

The combination of Hipshot locking tuners and hardtail bridge offers supreme tuning stability, and new for 2024, Mayones has introduced new proprietary Velvetrone pickups for their guitars alongside their venerable Velvetrone bass pickups. This Regius features the phenomenal Ironside bridge & Solium neck set. The Ironside bridge pickup is ripping and aggressive with high output, focused midrange, and powerful highs and lows - just the way we like it! The Solium neck is smooth, warm, and rich, perfect for vocal-like lead tones and shimmering clean tones. Although we're still massive fans of the Bare Knuckle TKOs, these new pickups are just as incredible and dialed in perfectly.
