Effortless to play and sporting a classic vintage-style aged look, this bass features a traditional P-style electronics configuration that elevates tradition to the next level. The unique-looking pole pieces of the Black Label split coil results in a tone that sounds powerful and punchy whilst still sitting well within a mix. Adding that onto the familiar master volume, master tone platform provides a very straightforward configuration for players familiar with vintage-style instruments whilst optimizing playability and tone with modern engineering. The Thin-D neck profile feels great and is one of the faster-playing bass neck profiles we've played.

ITEM SPECIFICS

Sandberg Guitars was founded back in 1986 by Holger Stonjek and Gerd Gorzelke. Since then, they have been producing hand-made instruments at the highest quality. This bass features Sandberg's California body shape. The body is made out of alder and the neck is Canadian hard rock maple. A Black Label split-coil and a traditional P-style wiring loom round out the electronics.
