Dressed in a simple and clean Olympic White finish with a parchment pickguard and rosewood fingerboard, this guitar is much more than meets the eye. Don't let its stripped down and simplified appearance fool you -this isn't your grandfather's T-style axe! Suhr has maintained all of that vintage vibe while adding some modern touches for today's players' needs.

The fretboard has a compound radius so that you're comfortable whether you're playing lead lines up high or complicated chord shapes down low. The SSCII silent electronics allows you to maintain the true integrity of your single-coil pickups without any of that annoying 60-cycle hum. The sound, however, is still 100% vintage T-style guitar - the Classic T pickups are no-nonsense vintage T tone at their core.

This is a real player's axe. The build quality and construction is immaculate, as we've come to expect out of everything from John Suhr's Lake Elsinore shop. This one is no different! Truly a fine example of how wonderful such a simple design can be.

Item Specifics

The updated Classic T retains many of the original specifications of the Classic T Pro including the SSCII hum canceling system and stainless steel frets. The Wilkinson compensated 3-saddle bridge provide classic 3-saddle tone with superior intonation.

• Medium Stainless Steel Frets - Measures .055″x.090″.
• Silent Single Coil System II (SSCII) - Traditional single coil tone without the 60 cycle hum. No battery required.
• Suhr Locking tuners - Proprietary Suhr locking tuners provide improved tuning stability, easy string changes, and an 18:1 gear ratio.
• Pickups - Suhr Classic T single coil pickups. Alnico 5 “Special” magnets.
